It is important that rowers attend all classes in which they are registered. Rowing successfully and enjoyably on the water is dependent on each and every person in a boat. It is much more difficult and not nearly as much fun to row an 8 person boat with only 6 or 7 rowers. If you find that you must miss a practice, it is imperative that you find your own sub. A sub list will be provided.
Contact information for coaches will be given out with the completed schedule. All sessions will be held at Pittsford Boathouse 2800 Clover Street Pittsford, NY To register: Click here

Indoor Training For Rowers GRC coaches provide an integrated training plan of erging and rowing at the Pittsford Indoor Rowing Center. The sessions are designed to increase aerobic efficiency and maintain sport specific muscle memory during the winter months. Classes are appropriate for all levels of rowers. The Pittsford Indoor Rowing Center is a 5100 sq. ft. indoor rowing tank facility located on the historic Erie Canal in Pittsford, New York. It has a capacity of 32 rowers at a time rowing in 4 “mini-canals”, each with moving water. The Center has been built to provide rowing education for as wide a variety of rower as possible.
